Svìnnere is a typical product based on red wine and sour cherries, made according to an ancient recipe of the Orvieto tradition, of medieval origin.

After opening a bottle aged 25 years, elegantly sealed with sealing wax, we taste its contents and discover that all its exceptional qualities have been preserved over time.
It is Nonna Velia's Visciole Wine, an exciting surprise, which leads us to the decision to brush up on the old recipe and get to work to produce and share this excellent product again.
THE VISCIOLA
The sour cherry, a fruit with singular organoleptic properties, is rich in vitamins and minerals, a source of flavonoids, has antioxidant and anticarcinogenic properties.
The spread of the plant, of Asian origins, dates back to Roman times, but it spread mainly during the Middle Ages, when it began to be used for the production of syrups and tonics
