Sour Cherry Jam

The extra sour cherry jam brings back to the palate the flavors of yesteryear, reminding the mind of the ancient and precious indications of grandmother Velia.

Obtained exclusively with first choice fruit, the freshly harvested sour cherries are processed with a low temperature vacuum processing method, to ensure as much as possible the taste of the fresh fruit. The mere addition of sugar serves to balance the acidic taste of the fruit and thus obtain a jam of a nice decisive ruby, creamy and fresh, with an intense scent of sour cherry and a pleasantly acidulous taste.
